The ENERGY KLIPPER-3 is intended for reaching the breakeven point, low capital costs during the entire term of operation. The costs of ENERGY KLIPPER-3 maintenance tends to statistic spread due to the simplicity of construction, elimination of the rotor breaking owing to the original cinematic scheme, use of a highly durable steel for the rotor axis, use of polyethylene blades, and a original power generator.

*The discount ratio applied to the power price from the 3rd year (0.9). With NPV (net present value) the discount rate is 10% from the third year (ROC 10%).
